About Us

New Patterns Therapy was founded by Yana Godmach , who is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, R- Privilege. She received her Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. She has been a psychotherapist for a decade, initially specializing in trauma in children. She widened her scope to include families, couples, and severe mental health disorders and addictions. She incorporates personal energetic and spiritual techniques not taught in traditional education settings. Yana values being alongside her clients as she works on finding their purpose and balance in all aspects of life.
Yana’s newly developed technique in energy medicine, called “The Healing Method,” integrates variations of Emotion and Body code therapy, past life regressions therapy,  psychodynamic theories and cognitive behavioral modalities and approaches, the teachings of Esther and Jerry Hicks.

Yana has already started to utilize The Healing Method with current clients, who have found that this holistic method is a substantial alternative to standard pharmaceutical treatments and outdated methodologies. Having firsthand experience with the growth and positive impact this has had on her clients, she hopes to share it continuously with the world.
Yana’s personal search for modalities and techniques created the foundation of techniques that have culminated into her newfound method in energy medicine. Yana is originally from Ukraine and is fluent in both English and Russian.
